3. Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

1. Personal care products.
2. Customized or personalized products.
3. Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.
4. Items returned without original packaging.

After inspection and approval, the replacement or refund process will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.
